Our story

ISG was founded in 2022 by James Kingman, a longtime public safety veteran with a focus on improving the capabilities of professionals.  His career has spanned the public safety and professional development spectrum.  As a highly sought instructor and consultant, Mr. Kingman has provided his professional expertise in the areas of public safety, public speaking, integrated high-threat operations, professional development, interpersonal communication, and policy development.

With instructor experience in multiple areas of law enforcement and fire/rescue, his in-depth experience has taken him around the United States to partner with local, state, federal, and private organizations with the overarching focus of forward progress.
